| We offer affordable and fast Engineering services to design effective stack vibration dampers. |
| The Stack/Chimney design has a special emphasis on vibration. It is an innovative vibration damper which has proven to be a very cost effective solution to vibration problems. If you have a stack/chimney vibration problem anywhere in the world, let us know and we will do everything possible to help you solve your problem. |

The
Damper relies upon fluid to provide a cost-effective method for damping.
The fluid is contained in an annular box, which is provided near the top
of the stack. This box contains an array of baffles which separate the
damper into many compartments. The baffles and compartments are designed
to allow fluid to move internally and create the required damping force.
Several compartments are connected to form a "Chamber". The
damper will have a minimum of two (2) chambers, but could have more depending
upon the size. These multiple chambers provide a factor of safety in the
design as well as redundancy. Depending upon the size of the damper, it
may be supplied in one or more pieces. If the damper is designed more
than one piece, the assembly will be joined with bolted connections.

| Special Designs: |
The
damper size is determined according to the stack parameters (i.e. requested
additional damping, natural frequency, etc.); However, in many cases the
design of the damper allows the damper to be used as a top platform, a
measurement platform, or as a connection device between a group of chimneys.
In those cases, the effective cost of the damper is extremely small. |
